Vineri, 16 ianuarie 2015 a avut loc intalnirea cu reprezentantii Primariei Mangalia, mai exact cu City managerul Romulus Dumitrana si domnul Stamate. In urma intalnirii, Nero Lino si Primaria Mangalia au cazut de acord cu mai multe aspecte privind cainii comunitari, cu si fara stapan, si va prezentam cateva dintre ele:
1 – STOP eutanasierilor…
2 – sa nu mai existe catei pe strazi…
3 – modernizarea biobazei…
4 – punerea la dispozitie de catre Primarie a unui spatiu/teren pentru adapostirea unui numar mai mare de catei, cu spatiu mai mare in tarcuri, cu utilitatile aferente (curent electric, apa si canalizare)…
5 – respectarea legii ca adoptiile sa fie gratuite….
6 – campanii de sterilizare in municipiu, cu sustinerea Primariei….
7 – sprijinul Politiei Locale pentru stoparea migrarii si abandonului…
Acestea sunt cateva aspecte ridicate de Nero Lino …. Dupa incheierea sedintei, care a durat aproximativ 3 ore, Primaria a fost de acord sa ne sustina si sa colaboreze, urmand ca saptamana viitoare sa se prezinte proiectul nostru integral si sa fie introdus in consiliul local. Primaria a dat dovada de intelegere si de sprijin, urmand ca pana la viitoarea intalnire sa stabileasca ce oportunitati fiabile gaseste pentru a crea conditii mai bune pentru caini.

Heute gab es ein Treffen mit dem zuständigen CityManager von Mangalia Romulus Dumitrana, den Direktor Herr Stamate, er ist für den Zuständigkeitsbereich Strassenhunde und dessen Problematik tätig und dem Nero Lino Vereinsrepräsentanten Ion Dobre alias Jean.
Das Treffen zwischen unseren Nero Lino Vereinen und dem Rathaus, ergab eine Zusage zur Kolaboration in den folgenden Punkten:
- ALLE TÖTUNGEN WERDEN GESTOPPT!
- Die Stadt möchte im Gegenzug keine Hunde mehr auf den Strassen haben, kann man umgehen durch den Aufbau des Tierheims.
- Die Modernisierung des Public Shelter, als einen gewaltfreien und tiergerechten städtischen Tierheim.
- Seitens Rathaus soll uns ein Platz bzw. eine Farm zugewiesen werden, für die Unterbringung einer grösseren Anzahl von Hunden. Strom, Kanalisation und Wasser soll seitens Rathaus gesponsert werden.
- Die Beachtung des Gesetzes, die Adoptionen aus dem Public Shelter sollen kostenlos sein. (viele Rumänen würden eher einen Hund in Mangalia adoptieren wenn es gratis wäre)
- Wir starten Kastrationscampagnen in Mangalia und nähere Umgebung, mit der Unterstützung der Stadt
- Wir bekommen Unterstützung von der lokalen Polizei, im Form der Bekämpfung der Aussetzung und Tierquälerei.
Dies sind einige Aspekte die wir seitens unseren Vereinen Nero Lino der Stadt Mangalia abverlangt haben. Nachdem alle Punkte in einer ca 3 Stündigen Konferenz vorgelegt und besprochen wurden, wurde seitens der Stadt und Rathaus die Kolaboration eingewiligt. Nächste Woche sollen wir das komplette Projekt vorlegen und direkt als Lokalakte vorlegen. Die Zuständigen der Stadt haben zu verstehen gegeben, als Zeichen des Verstehens, Kolaboration und Unterstützung, beim nächsten Treffen uns ihr Angebot und das Angebot für die besten Konditionen vorzulegen.

Today there’s been a meeting with the responsible City Manager of Mangalia Romulus Dumitrana, the director Mr. Stamate, who is working for the sector of street dogs and the connected problems and the representative of our organisation Nero Lino Ion Dobre alias Jean. The meeting between our Nero Lino organisations and the townhall resulted in the commitment of a cooperation in the following points:.
- ALL KILLINGS WILL STOP!!
- In return the town doesn’t want to have any dogs on the streets anymore. We can manage this while finishing our private shelter.
- The modernization of the Public Shelter into a nonviolent and humane city shelter.
- The government will allot a farm for the accommodation for a high number of dogs to us. Electricity, water and canalisation will be paid be the townhall.
- Adopting a dog out of the Public Shelter will be free of charge according to the law. (Many Romanians would adopt a dog in Mangalia if it was free of charge)
- We will start spay and neuter campaigns in Mangalia and the surrounding area with the support of the city
- The local police will support us in fighting against animal torture and abandonment.
These are several issues we asked for from the town Mangalia. After discussing all points in a three hours conference the government and the townhall agreed in this cooperation. Next week we will have to show to them the complete program and present it as a local file. The responsible persons from the city signified us as a sign of their cooperation, understanding and support that they will present us their offer at the next meeting and it will be an offer with best conditions.
